Our Pork Miller Brother's Grass Farm raises the most flavorful pigs available today. The Berkshire breed, as well as the natural environment in which they are raised, produces a superior product than what is available at the grocery store. The Berkshire pig is an older heritage breed known for their darker color meat as well as natural marbling within the meat. Our pigs live in a stress-free environment where they are not confined to a small space. The pigs are able to run around outside, building muscle which in turn results in a leaner cut of meat. In the spring the pigs move out to the pasture where they enjoy lush green grass and digging in the dirt. We take pride in raising our pigs in the most humane way possible.
