Both beef and pork are processed in a state inspected facility and packaged in clear shrink wrap.

Beef Prices: $2.15/lb, plus approximately $0.36/lb for cut/wrap/freeze, $38.00 slaughter fee. Average carcass weight: 600-700 lbs. Available September/October

2 Strip Steaks (1” thick)

2-3 Chuck or Rump Roasts

5-7 lbs. ground beef

Bulk Whole Cow Ground Beef: $3.30/lb (2 lb pkg.). Grass-fed ground beef that includes meat from the “Whole Cow” – prime rib, t-bone steak, roast, etc. not just the “cheap” cuts like conventional ground beef. There is a 10 lb minimum order - available year-round.

Beef is 100% grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free.

Pork Prices: $2.00/lb, plus approximately $0.36/lb for cut/wrap/freeze, $28.00 slaughter fee, and curing/smoking charges for ham and bacon. Available June to late October

Birds are frozen, dressed and available year-round (while supplies last)

 

**Prices for beef and pork are lower if customers want to purchase a half or whole animal. We will take orders now for next year’s animals: halves, wholes, or boxes.
